Who we are looking for

Video editor (podcasts and YouTube)
You will
- Edit multi-camera podcast episodes and long YouTube videos
- Clean up dialogue audio
- Cut episodes into short clips
We look for
- A portfolio of long-form edits
- Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut
- Understanding of pacing and retention on YouTube
Test task: Take any podcast or interview footage you have, edit a three-minute cut that opens with the strongest moment, and upload it.
Reel editor
You will
- Cut reels and Shorts from podcast footage
- Add captions, zooms and sound design
- Keep a client's style consistent week to week
We look for
- Reels you have edited, with links
- Speed without sloppy captions
- Taste for hooks
Test task: From any podcast or interview footage you have, cut one reel of 30 to 45 seconds with captions.
Studio assistant / camera operator
You will
- Set up cameras, microphones and lights before each booking
- Run sound checks and watch levels during recording
- Copy and hand over files after the shoot
We look for
- Basic camera and audio knowledge, or a strong wish to learn
- Punctual and careful with equipment
- Comfortable talking to guests
Test task: Record a phone video of up to 60 seconds explaining how you would light and frame a two-person podcast in a small room.
