What stays private, and who owns it
Pharma pipelines, project launches and price lists are commercially sensitive. These are our standard terms for company work:
- One booking runs at a time, so nobody else is in the studio during your shoot.
- Nothing from your shoot appears on our website or social pages without your written approval.
- File ownership, usage rights and any NDA you need are written into your proposal before pre-production.

How much does a corporate podcast cost?
It depends on the number of episodes, the crew on the day, where we shoot and how many review rounds your team needs. We quote after a short call, in writing. Our guide on what drives corporate podcast cost in India explains each factor.
Who owns the recordings?
Ownership and usage rights are written into your proposal, so both sides agree them before the shoot. Raw files and final edits are delivered to you.
Do our people need camera experience?
No. Before recording, the producer walks each speaker through the questions. Anything that comes out wrong is re-recorded or cut.
Can you shoot at our office or factory?
Most company shoots happen in our studio, where sound and light are controlled. Ask about a shoot at your location on the first call and we tell you what is possible.
Will you publish the episodes for us?
Only if you want us to. Most companies publish on their own channels; we deliver files ready to upload, with titles, descriptions and thumbnails if ordered.
Can we record in Gujarati or Hindi?
Yes. Record in Gujarati, Hindi, English or a mix. Subtitles in another language can be added in the edit.
How long from the first call to the first episode?
It depends on the number of episodes and how many review rounds your team needs. The proposal gives a date for each stage.
