The content, photos and design of this website belong to TubePod Media. Do not copy them without permission. Prices shown on creator pages are starting rates and may change; the rate card or written quote you receive is what applies.

Bookings

Advance payment, cancellation, rescheduling and overtime terms are confirmed with each booking on WhatsApp or in your written proposal, and apply to that booking.

Equipment and the studio

Clients are responsible for damage caused by them or their guests to studio equipment or property.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you record. For production work, ownership of files and usage rights are set out in your written proposal.

Liability

Download your files within the 7 days the link stays open; we do not keep copies after that. TubePod Media is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
