Privacy policy

This policy explains how TubePod Media ("we") handles personal data collected through this website, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Enquiry forms: name, phone number, company, email (optional), the service you need and your message.
• Job applications: name, phone, email, resume, portfolio link and test-task link.
• WhatsApp and calls: the messages you send us and call records on our business phone.
• Analytics and advertising: pages visited, the ad or link that brought you, and clicks on WhatsApp, call and form buttons, through Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send quotes or rate cards.
• To assess job applications.
• To measure which pages and ads bring enquiries.

We do not sell personal data.

Where it is stored

Form entries are stored in a Google Sheet and resumes in Google Drive, both in our Google Workspace account. Analytics data is processed by Google and Meta under their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months and job applications for up to 12 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the contact below.
